As a registered member, you will benefit from the following features:
Autofill: your details and shipping address will be saved and displayed automatically on the checkout page.
Purchase History: you will be able to access your order history for two years.
Wishlist creation: you will be able to save items you are interested in your “Wishlist” while shopping.
News & Information: you will be able to subscribe to be notified about our latest news and services.

When the information is encrypted using SSL, a key mark is displayed on the status bar of the browser. Once you confirm the trustworthiness of this site, you can enjoy your shopping experience.

If you are creating an account for the first time, you can subscribe on our registration page by selecting "Yes, Please" under "Would you like to be notified about the latest news and services from Grand Seiko?"
If you already have an account with us please visit the “My Profile” section in “My Account” at the top of the page, and then select "Yes, Please" under "Would you like to be notified about the latest news and services from Grand Seiko?"
If you would like to unsubscribe please visit “My Profile” under “My Account” at the top of the page, and then select "No, Thank you" under "Would you like to be notified about the latest news and services from Grand Seiko?"

How To Place an Order

1. Placing An Order
You can place your order from the product detail pages. We aim to accept all orders within 24 hours, but we will proceed with the delivery during business hours.
Please note that we may not be able to accept your order due to unforeseen reasons, such as system maintenance.
2. Our Contract With You
Please refer to the "Orders and Shipping" menu.
3. Order Confirmation
After you place your order you will receive an "Order Confirmation" email that will include the items you ordered along with your shipping and billing address details. Please keep the email as a confirmation of your purchase and contact us directly if any of the details are inaccurate.
If you registered for an account with us, you can also confirm the order details in your “Order History" under “My Account” at the top of the page.
If you did not receive an "Order Confirmation" email, even though the order number was displayed on the screen after placing the order, the security settings of your internet provider may have filtered our emails into the spam folder. If the email can’t be found in your spam folder there is a possibility that your order has not been placed correctly. Please contact us directly and we will confirm your order status and details.
4. Order Notes and Requests
If you have any special requests regarding your order, please add them in the "Special Instructions" at the bottom of the order confirmation page. Please also use the “Special Instructions” section to specify any special characters for your order details.
When entering your personal information and shipping address, you cannot use any special characters. These include:
・Roman numerals: I, II, III, IV, V, VI, VII, VIII, IX, X, etc.
If you wish to use special characters for your order details, please input them into "Special Instructions" at the bottom of the confirmation page.
5. How to order – Customers with an Existing Account

STEP1: Login
Please click on "My Account" button at the top of the page.
If you are not logged in when you select the product in the product detail page and click on "Add to Shopping Bag" button, the login page will be shown. After logging in, please select the product again and click "Add to Shopping Bag".

STEP2: Select an item
Please select the item you wish to purchase on the item listing page. After selecting the item, the item detail page will be displayed. When you click "Add to Shopping Bag" on that page, the login page will be displayed.
When the "PRE-ORDER" button is displayed, you can proceed with the same process by clicking on “PRE-ORDER”.

STEP3: Add the item to your Wish List and Availability notification
If you wish to add an item to your favourites, click the "Wishlist" button on the item detail page. If you are waiting for an item to be restocked, click the "Notify Me" button on the item detail page. The item(s) will be added to the "Stock Notification" page at the bottom of your “My Account” page. As soon as the item becomes available, we will contact you.

STEP4: Shopping bag
If you would like to add more items to your shopping bag, click the "Back" button on your browser to return to the item list page. You can add other items to your shopping bag by clicking the "Add to Shopping Bag" button on the item detail page.
To remove a product from your shopping bag click the "x" button in your shopping bag.

STEP5: Select your wrist size
When ordering watches with bracelets please select the fit type and desired wrist size on the “Shopping Bag” page. For more information on how to measure your wrist size, please click here.

STEP6: Select the shipping method
Please select "In Store Collection" or "Deliver to the specified address" as a shipping method.

STEP7: Shipping address
If you selected "Deliver to the specified address" as your shipping method, please enter your shipping address information.
If your shipping address has already been registered in your address book, please click the "Address Book" link. You can select a shipping address from there and the shipping information will be entered automatically.

STEP8: Payment and billing
Please fill out the required information on the payment page. If the billing address is different from the shipping address, please fill out the billing address information separately.

STEP9: Final confirmation
Confirm your order details, shipping method, shipping address, payment, and billing information. Please read the "Terms of Use" and "Privacy Policy" and select the relevant checkbox to agree to them. To place your order please click the "PLACE ORDER" button.

STEP 10: Your order is complete
You have completed the order when the confirmation page entitled "Thank you for your order" is displayed in your browser with the order number. You will also receive the "Order Confirmation" email with your order details.
Please keep a record of your order number or save you "Order Confirmation" email.

6. How to order - Guests

STEP1: Login
If you wish to purchase as a member, please click the “My Account” button at the top of the page to register. Once you have registered, please log in and go to the item detail page again and click the "Add to Shopping Bag" button. The shopping bag page will be opened with your selected item in your shopping bag. (For more information on the benefits of membership, please refer to Article 6: Membership Benefits in "Terms of Membership ").

If you wish to purchase without registering, please click the "Checkout as Guest" button on the left side of the login screen. The shopping bag page will open with your selected items.

STEP2: Select an item
Please select the item you wish to purchase on the item listing page. After selecting the item, the item detail page will be displayed. When you click "Add to Shopping Bag" on that page, the login page will be displayed.
When the "PRE-ORDER" button is displayed, you can proceed with the same process by clicking on “PRE-ORDER”.

STEP3: Shopping bag
If you would like to add more items to your shopping bag, click the "Back" button on your browser to return to the item list page. You can add more items to your shopping bag by clicking the "Add to Shopping Bag" button on the item detail page.
To remove an item from your shopping bag click the "x" button in your shopping bag.

STEP4: Select your wrist size
When ordering watches with bracelets please select the fit type and desired wrist size on the “Shopping bag” page. For more information on how to measure your wrist size, please click here.

STEP5: Select the shipping method

Order Payment

We accept Visa and MasterCard, American Express and PayPal as payment methods. If you would like to use an alternative payment method or bank transfer, please contact us directly

  • You can only use your own credit card to place an order.
  • The credit card number and PIN used for payment will not be collected by our Company.
  • After entering your credit card information in the checkout page and clicking "PLACE ORDER" button on the final confirmation page, your credit card information is immediately sent to your credit card company. (The information is encrypted using secure SSL encryption.)
  • When your credit card is refused by your credit card company, an error message will be displayed, and your order will not be successful.
Due to the contract between the cardholder and the credit card company, we are not allowed to disclose the reason for the failure of the payment. Please contact your credit card company for further details.

Orders and Shipping

2. Shipping Fee
We are pleased to offer complimentary no charge delivery on all online orders within the UK, including the Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and the Scottish Islands.

3. Order Times
We aim to deliver all orders within 5 working days but please allow additional processing time for orders placed on UK Bank Holidays. Our UK delivery is fulfilled through DPD courier services and you will be able to track the progress of your delivery on the DPD website.

4. Order Status
You can confirm the delivery status of your order through the DPD website with your shipping number.

5. Shipping Overseas
We deliver across the United Kingdom. Unfortunately, we do not ship to the Republic of Ireland, Falkland Islands, BFPO and PO Box addresses, nor any overseas addresses.
Overseas customers, please visit the Grand Seiko Store Locator to find your local stockist.

6. Order Details
We may contact you if we require further information to fulfil your order such as more specific details for the shipping address. Your name (or your company name, etc.) and the address of the purchaser and recipient are needed for delivery. We may not be able to fulfil your order if the required information is missing.

7. Order Delays
We are not responsible for delays outside of our control. If delivery of your order is delayed for reasons beyond our control, then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and take steps to minimise any potential issues caused. So long as we inform you in advance, we will not be held accountable for any issues caused, but if there is a risk of substantial delay, you may contact us to cancel your order and receive a refund for any items you have paid for but not yet received.

8. Pick-Up in Store
If you select "Pick-up in Store" as a shipping method, we will send you a "Ready for Pick Up Notification" to your email address. After that, please collect your order within 8 working days or contact us directly to inform us of an alternative later pick-up date.

9. Pick Up by an Appointed Individual
If you select "Pick-Up in Store" as a shipping method, but cannot pick up your order yourself, you can nominate someone to pick up the order on your behalf. If you are nominating another person to collect on your behalf please ensure:
  • they will be able to provide their Photo ID (eg. Passport, Driving Licence) upon collection.
  • they will bring with them an Order Confirmation in a digital or printed copy.
  • you have sent an email confirmation with the individual in Cc to our Boutique team to notify us of the collection on your behalf. The email should include the full name of the appointed individual

Returns and Refunds

1. Returns
Your rights to end the purchase contract will depend on the item that you have bought, whether there is anything wrong, and when you decide to end the purchase contract.

2. Exchanges
If you have changed your mind about the item you ordered, you have until 14 days after the day you receive the item to tell us that you would like to exchange it.

3. Cancellations
If you would like to cancel your purchase after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible with your “Order Number”. We can only cancel orders before they have been shipped. Any cancellations after the order has been shipped will be treated as a return.
